Who we are

MarginAIO is a marketplace profit and inventory reporting service operated by Playback Supply LLC in Arizona, United States. Jakob Nelson is the owner and designated Security Owner. This policy explains how MarginAIO handles information when sellers visit our website, request support, or authorize Amazon, eBay, or Walmart seller accounts.

Information we collect

We collect contact information, support communications, subscription records, security logs, and user-entered product costs. Through marketplace APIs, we process seller identifiers, non-restricted order records, listings, inventory, settlements, fees, shipping and fulfillment costs, refunds, promotions, and adjustments. MarginAIO is designed not to request or store buyer names, recipient addresses, buyer email addresses, buyer phone numbers, payment-card information, or marketplace passwords.

How we use information

We use information only to authorize connections; synchronize, reconcile, and display seller records; calculate sales, costs, inventory value, margin, and profit; generate requested exports; provide support; prevent abuse; monitor reliability; satisfy legal obligations; and improve the service. Marketplace data is not used for advertising, unrelated profiling, or sale to data brokers.

How information is shared

Amazon Web Services processes information only as our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting, encrypted storage, authentication, security monitoring, logging, and backups. We otherwise share information only with the connected marketplace when needed for authorization or API operations, advisers, or authorities when legally required. Providers receive only access reasonably needed for their function. We do not sell marketplace data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or delegate marketplace API access to another developer.

Storage and security

MarginAIO stores encrypted, tenant-scoped seller identifiers and non-restricted order records needed for reporting, including marketplace order identifiers, dates, statuses, totals, fulfillment channel, quantities, fees, refunds, and adjustments. It does not store buyer names, recipient addresses, buyer email addresses, buyer phone numbers, or payment-card information. Marketplace credentials and refresh tokens remain server-side in AWS Secrets Manager, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and production secrets are kept outside browser code, source control, and administrative workstations. Administrative access uses MFA, least privilege, endpoint protection, and security monitoring.

Retention and deletion

We retain active account data while needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request or account closure, we delete or de-identify marketplace tokens and synchronized personal data within 30 days unless a shorter marketplace requirement applies. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days. Security logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Records required for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or law may be retained only for the applicable period and isolated from ordinary product use.

Your choices and rights

You may disconnect marketplace access, ask for access or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy where applicable, or request deletion through our data-deletion process. We verify requests before acting.

Cookies, children, and international processing

The public website does not use advertising cookies. Essential security or session technology may be used in the application. The service is intended for businesses and adults, not children under 18. Information may be processed in the United States with safeguards required by applicable law.
