Data Deletion

Request deletion

Email playbacksupply@gmail.com with the subject “MarginAIO data deletion request.” Include the name and email associated with access and identify connected marketplaces. Do not send passwords, tokens, buyer addresses, or payment-card information.

Verification

We verify that the requester controls the MarginAIO access or connected seller account. We may request a non-sensitive seller identifier and confirmation from the account email.

Disconnect authorization

You may revoke MarginAIO in Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Seller Center. Revocation stops future API access but does not replace a deletion request for records already synchronized.

What we delete

After verification, we remove marketplace authorization tokens, synchronized marketplace personal data, account identifiers, and user-entered records associated with the closed service account.

Timing and exceptions

We complete ordinary verified requests within 30 days and honor shorter marketplace deadlines. Encrypted backups may expire within 90 days. Limited records may be retained for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or law and isolated for that purpose.

Marketplace notices

When a marketplace sends a valid account-deletion or revocation notice, MarginAIO acknowledges it, locates associated data, and deletes or legally isolates that data under marketplace requirements.
