Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of MarginAIO, operated by Playback Supply LLC and owned by Jakob Nelson. By requesting or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter a binding agreement, and are authorized to connect each seller account.

The service

MarginAIO synchronizes authorized marketplace records and provides profit, fee, shipping, refund, COGS, inventory, and reconciliation reporting. Marketplace records can be delayed, revised, incomplete, or unavailable. Pending and estimated costs may change after final marketplace transactions post.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and report unauthorized use. You may not misuse APIs, bypass security, interfere with operation, upload unlawful content, resell access without permission, or violate marketplace rules or law.

Marketplace connections

You authorize only the marketplace permissions you approve and may revoke access through the marketplace. Amazon, eBay, and Walmart are independent third parties; their terms govern their platforms and MarginAIO is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

Plans and billing

Published plans include the stated monthly synced-order limit and one seller account for each supported marketplace. A unique order counts once when first synchronized; updates and refunds do not count again. Paid service, trial, renewal, taxes, and cancellation details will be presented before a customer is charged.

Your data

You retain rights in data you provide and grant MarginAIO the limited right to process it only to operate, secure, and support the service under the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of COGS and other information you enter.

No accounting or tax advice

MarginAIO provides reporting tools, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Review reports against marketplace statements and consult a qualified professional.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or marketplace approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginAIO is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
